The Peak of the summer season, in the Lake Tenkiller/Tahlequah

Hot, hot, hot. It is not uncommon to have several days of over 100-degree weather during the summer. June 2013 brings the time of year when school is out and families are planning time off, couples are looking for a break and taking advantage of the season for vacations. So bring your boat (or rent one when you get here) and come to the lake! The Cookson Jubilee is an annual event that offers good old fashion home cooking, fun and music on the side. This two-day event offers activities for all ages from arts and crafts, activities for children and hanging out with the family. The number of activities going on in the area pick up during this time of the year. There is for sure something for everyone.
